WATER

One of the most common reasons for feeling tired, and drained is dehydration. To avoid that, make sure you stay hydrated.Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. You can also add water-rich foods such as fresh fruit juices to supplement your water intake.

YOGHURT

The probiotic bacteria in yogurt help contain digestive enzymes in the digestive tract, aiding food absorption.
Just having a healthy gut, can help your body better absorb nutrition from the food you’ve eaten, and supply you with energy.

GREEN TEA

A healthier alternative to coffee and milk tea, green tea gives a rich dose of anti-oxidants.
These anti-oxidants, some experts say, mimic the caffeine in coffee to give you the same kick without the calories.

BANANA

This humble, yellow-skinned fruit rejuvenates your body. The potassium in this fruit, helps convert glucose to energy.
It can also satisfies your sweet tooth, and is a meal by itself.

OATS

Oats contains easily digestible carbohydrates, and hence is an instant source of energy.Plus, it is rich in fibre and helps you stay fuller for longer, preventing overeating, which often leads to sluggishness.

NUTS

Nuts are packed with proteins, that promote slow release of energy in the body. So add nuts like walnuts, almonds and cashews to your diet. But watch how much you’re eating.
