Recipe: Corn Bhel

"Sweet corn kernels add a beautiful, crisp touch to any dish, from salads to soups to subzis and chaats. They are quick and easy to make, and with only a few ingredients, you can whip up a tasty fresh corn bhel snack in no time!

If you think sweet corn seasoned with pepper or chaat masala is exciting, get ready for a wild roller-coaster trip with our Corn Bhel.

This mouthwatering Corn behel recipe will not only give your taste senses a crispy carnival. However, feed a fibrous cuisine that is high in proteins, carbs, and vital micronutrients such as potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, C, and folate."

  • 2 cups Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Mint Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • Sev to garnish (optional)
  1. In a medium-sized mixing dish, combine 2 cups boiled sweet corn, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 1 boiled potato, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

  2. Combine thoroughly.

  3. Squeeze in 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tablespoons coriander mint chutney, 2 tablespoons sweet tamarind chutney, and 1/2 teaspoon chat masala.

  4. Toss the mixture well and sprinkle with sev ( If needed)

  5. Serve with coriander leaves on top and your Corn Bhel Chaat is complete.
