Peanut Butter banana nice cream

What do you do when you're trying to lose weight but crave ice cream? Did you know you could enjoy ice cream without the added sugar, additives, or dairy? Yup! It's called banana and peanut butter nice cream. It's not only healthy, but it's also delicious!

Bananas are the fruit of miracles. They are high in nutrients such as potassium and vitamin B. More importantly, ripe bananas have the smoothest texture. Plus, when you freeze bananas, something amazing happens.

Peanut butter also contains omega-6 fatty acids. This fatty acid lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) while increasing protective cholesterol (HDL). Furthermore, peanuts are a natural source of arginine, an amino acid that may help prevent heart and vascular disease by improving blood vessel function.

Together these two make an amazing recipe for a happy dessert for you and your loved ones.

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine both ingredients. 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 frozen bananas and blend it well.

  2. Transfer it to a bowl.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours to enjoy a guilt-free ice cream dessert!

Dessert
Banana, peanut butter

They are small sequences of amino acids that are secreted from cells in the small intestine and the brain. They work as physiological regulators of appetite and food intake – basically they transmit the message that the stomach is full to the brain.
