"When it comes to shedding pounds, enhancing your nutrition, or just leading a healthier lifestyle, salads can be your best friend. Salads, which are best if you trying to lose some weight, can turn calori-dense if added with dressing or toppings. But if you choose wisely, you might be able to prepare a nutritious salad that is also tasty.

Sprouts are a wonderful food with a lot of nutrients. Grains or legume seeds are germinated to produce this superfood. Sprouts are beneficial for overall health and necessary for full growth because of their high protein, calcium, fibre, vitamin, mineral, and enzyme content.

Therefore, you can try this sprouts salad to make a nutrient-dense dinner."

  • 3/4 cup boiled mixed sprouts (kabuli chana, moong, rajma,matki etc.)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup grated radish (mooli)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped

    Fenugreek (methi) leaves

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 green chilli, slit
  • A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  1. Mix 3/4 cup of mixed sprouts (kabuli chana, moong, rajma, matki etc. with some chopped coriander

  2. 1/4 cup grated mooli (radish), 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped finely, leaves of fenugreek (methi), to taste, salt 1 green chilli, 1 teaspoon oil and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).

  3. Combine thoroughly.

  4. Indulge in the delicious and nutritious snack.
