The Surya Namaskar, a sequence of 12 yoga poses that flow into each other with rhythmic breathing, is touted as the one series that can keep you fit. Each of the 12 poses is designed to have a specific benefit on the body. One should startbthis on priority
I’ve started with single SN, and over the month of time I’m able to perform 20 SN daily on empty stomach and Loos weight. After this continuity my stamina level rise up and feeling more positive in life. Even if I miss exercise I’m keep consistent in SN as we can do this exercise any place.my goal to perform 10,000 SN per year.cheers!
Surya Namaskaar is perfect sequence of YOGA poses.. I perform 36-72 SN, 5-6days a week; Always in set of 18. I do 108SN once in every month. It has given amazing results in my physical fitness.
